Porta Medika – Knowledge for All Living Beings

Porta Medika is a global health education initiative supported by Humanitas Foundation e. V. Germany. Its purpose is to make reliable health knowledge, practical experience and responsible approaches to well-being accessible to people around the world.

The name Porta Medika represents a Global Healing Gate: an open gateway through which people can connect, learn, share experiences and discover new perspectives on health, prevention and healing.

Porta Medika recognises that human health cannot be separated from the health of animals, plants and the natural environment. The well-being of the human, animal and plant kingdoms is closely connected. When these three living worlds thrive together, our planet heals and life can flourish.

The platform therefore brings together knowledge relating to:
